At Mexicanvlogss, we offer a mix of digital and physical products. This policy explains how delivery works for each type.

Delivery Method: All digital products are delivered instantly or automatically via email and/or a secure download link in your customer account/dashboard immediately after successful payment. It's crucial you provide a valid email address!
Processing Time: 0 business days (instant access in most cases).
Shipping Required?: No – digital items do not require physical shipping.
Access Instructions: Upon purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation with download instructions. Check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes. You can also access your purchases anytime in your account under "My Downloads" or similar section.
Technical Issues: If you experience any problems accessing your digital product (e.g., broken link, file won't download), contact us at mexicanvlogss@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance and be sure to include your order number.

Most of our products are digital; however, we offer a limited selection of physical items (e.g., "printed merchandise" or "travel accessories").

Order Processing Time: Orders containing physical items are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. This is the time it takes for our fulfillment partners to prepare and hand off your order to the carrier.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and any customs processing (for international orders). Estimated shipping times after processing:
- Domestic (within Canada/USA): estimated 7-14+ business days
- International: 7–21+ business days (may be longer due to customs)
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. We pass through actual carrier rates from our fulfillment partners (no markup added). You will see exact costs before completing your purchase (if applicable).
Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We not liable for packages that are lost of stolen.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your physical order ships. You can track your package directly through the link provided.

Digital items will be delivered immediately upon payment.
Physical items will follow the processing and shipping timelines above.
The entire order status will show as "partially fulfilled" until the physical portion ships.

We do not physically hold inventory or ship products ourselves. All physical orders are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners (fulfillment service).
Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders): Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments: For physical items, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking info. We'll assist with carrier claims where possible.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, carrier issues, etc).
